RE: 16th Annual Fireworks Kite Festival

Here we go again!! Flying High On Milwaukee’s Lakefront!

On Tuesday July 3rd, The Kite Society of Wisconsin and Illinois, your Milwaukee County Parks and Gift of Wings are presenting the Fireworks KITE FESTIVAL ... 16 Years, in Veterans Park on Milwaukee's lakefront. The event will begin at 11:00 am, through 7:00 pm, with the Great day of flying kites before the Fireworks begin.  

Our kites will color the sky throughout the day. Many kite performers like Jim Wirt and his stack of 6 four line Revolution kites will be on hand performing, along with the giant kites of Yves LaForest, and many other kite flyers.

This is a FREE FUN FLY, which means that encourage as many folks as possible to come down to the lake, fly kites and enjoy the best Fireworks in the country, and have the BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE! Come early and stay late. Parking is available for a small fee, but limited!
